BEST DAMN SPORTS SHOW PERIOD TO AIR "GIRLS & SPORTS" ANIMATED CARTOONS!
Beginning Wednesday, May 21, Fox Sports Net's "BEST DAMN SPORTS SHOW PERIOD" will begin airing a series of "Girls & Sports" animated cartoon shorts. A new cartoon will appear each Wednesday throughout the summer.
The "BEST DAMN SPORTS SHOW PERIOD" airs weeknights at 11pm local time on Fox Sports Net (FSN).

COMIC-CON 2007 APPEARANCES ANNOUNCED
Andrew Feinstein will be back at the 2007 Comic-Con to represent "Girls & Sports." Andrew will be participating in the annual National Cartoonists Society panel on Saturday, July 28th, and will be signing copies of the new "Girls & Sports" book at 2pm on Friday the 27th, and 2pm on Saturday the 28th at the Nartional Cartoonists Society booth. Saturday, July 28th. 12:30-1:30 National Cartoonists Society Panel - What Do We Do All Day? Five nationally syndicated cartoonists reveal the secret life behind daily deadlines and show pictures of themselves working in their pajamas: Lalo Alcaraz (La Cucaracha), Steve Breen (Grand Avenue), Daryl Cagle (msnbc.com), Andrew Feinstein (Girls & Sports), Michael Jantze (The Norm), and Steve Kelley (New Orleans Times-Picayune editorial cartoonist). MEET ANDREW FEINSTEIN IN ST. LOUIS

"Girls & Sports" Co-Creator Andrew Feinstein will be speaking to college students and their advisers at this year's National College Media Convention in St. Louis on Saturday, October 28th. Andrew will speak about the value of cartooning for newspapers, the syndication business and newspapers efforts to attract young readers. More details to come but if you're planning on attending this convention, mark this seminar on your calendar!

SAN DIEGO COMIC-CON 2006

"Girls & Sports" Co-Creator Andrew Feinstein spoke about producing a daily comic strip at the 2006 Comic-Con in San Diego along with other National Cartoonist Society members. The other cartoonists included Brian Walker (Beetle Bailey and Hi and Lois), Dan Piraro (Bizarro), Michael Jantze (The Norm), Vic Lee (Pardon My Planet) and Jeff Keane (Family Circus)
