THE TOWEL

If it's getting late and the night hasn't been particularly kind to you, it might be time to throw in the towel. Like raising the white flag, you call on "The Towel" as a last resort when you can't bear another rejection, yet shudder at the prospect of going to sleep without any physical affection from a girl. The Towel is very average looking but comes in handy when you're in a pinch. While she doesn't necessarily like getting your late night phone calls, she usually responds in the hope you'll eventually start dating her on a more regular basis.
